A resident of Northumberland since
1989, Marianne has been with Re/max since 2002. There was never
a question of being anywhere else but Re/max. It was the right
fit. A Top Producer since the start, Marianne believes her
background as a top stylist in Toronto gave her the foot print
to succeed. "Its all about the people. I love people" and
helping them achieve their dreams is what motivates Marianne the
most.
Cobourg is the greatest place to
raise a family. "The sense of community that my 3 children
enjoy is what makes our part of the world so special". Austin,
Garrett and Mariah all play high level sports and it is this
involvement that led Marianne to the "Dream Team", a diverse
group of people pushing for a new Community Centre. Cobourg is
the host to many Prestigious sporting events, is known as the
wellness town, and deserves adequate facilities. A centre for
all age groups to enjoy, Marianne looks forward to helping this
dream unfold.
Marianne has been involved with the
Northumberland Hills hospital Gala both as a volunteer and as a
Platinum Sponsor for the last two years. Past student council
member, executive for the Cobourg Community Hockey League,
Woman's auxiliary member, supporter and volunteer for the United
Way, Participant and Supporter of Woman Build for Habitat for
Humanity, Marianne believes everyone should do what they can to
give back to their community. Together with her family and
business partner, Laura Roberge, they will support the
McNaughton Family on April 27 in the "Waumer Walk for ALS".
